Upon completing the four seminar courses, participants will receive DMA's Certificate in Direct Marketing. Holders of this Certificate are exclusively eligible to participate in an online discussion group where they can continue their education and networking among their peer Alumni. In addition, Alumni will receive a lifetime 10% discount on all DMA training seminars.

What's more, the Program is extremely flexible: the two required courses and the two elective courses can be spread over 18 months to accommodate your demanding work schedule. The 18 month time period begins upon approval of your application.

Applications must be accompanied by:

A resume listing educational and other applicable experience
A typed letter of application with a maximum of 250 words which describes your relevant knowledge, and work experience, and your expectations of the program
A non-refundable application fee must accompany the completed application

Applications are reviewed and processed on a rolling basis. You will be notified within 30 days of submission.

When your application is approved, the Certificate Program Administrator will contact you and set up an initial telephone meeting to familiarize you with the Program. The Administrator will be your liaison at DMA throughout the Program and can be accessed for help with registering for courses, the status of your course work, and copies of transcripts.

Application Fees

DMA Member: $195
Non-Member: $295

This is a non-refundable, one-time application fee that applies to DMA's Certificate Program. In addition, you will be responsible for each seminar course fee. As a participant in this program, you will receive a 10% discount off the published Certificate Program seminar rates.
